Correction

In the September 30, 2010 story "PUCT Directs Staff to Modify AllStar Energy Settlement," PUCT Commissioner Kenneth Anderson was inaccurately quoted.  During the September 29 open meeting, Anderson said that he was concerned with a "cavalier attitude" exhibited by AllStar Energy.  Matters erroneously published the quote as cavalier attribute.
