Exelon Energy Seeks Authority to Serve Residential, Small Commercial Customers in Pennsylvania
Exelon Energy has filed an amendment to its Pennsylvania supplier license to include service to residential and commercial customers under 25 kW in all service areas.  Currently, Exelon is authorized to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers  in all service areas.


Nu Energy Solutions Seeks Ohio Broker License
Nu Energy Solutions, organized as International Marketing Business Group Ltd., applied for an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.  Nu Energy Solutions markets various renewable energy and energy efficient equipment.


Early Bird Power Seeks Illinois ABC License
Early Bird Power LLC applied for an Illinois electric agent/broker/consultant license.


Flagship Solutions Seeks Illinois ABC License
Flagship Solutions, Inc. applied for an Illinois electric agent/broker/consultant license.


Paetec Energy Seeks Md. Gas License
Technology Resource Solutions, Inc. (Paetec Energy) filed an application for a license to supply natural gas or natural gas supply services in Maryland.  A copy of the application was not available, but the license is likely for brokering, as Paetec's load-serving business is conducted through the US Energy Partners entity, while Technology Resource Solutions has mainly filed for broker licenses.
