Dominion Retail, Stream Energy, Verde Energy Launch PECO Residential Offers

Dominion Retail, Stream Energy, and Verde Energy USA Inc. have announced pricing for residential electric supply at PECO.

Dominion Retail, as Dominion Energy Solutions, is offering Rate R customers a variable rate through June 2011 (currently at 8.928¢/kWh) that is a guaranteed 10% discount off of PECO's Rate R price to compare, and then a rate of 8.99¢/kWh from July through December 2011. The offer does not include an early termination fee.

Stream Energy is offering two variable products with no termination fees, a standard rate and a 100% renewable product. Currently, the standard variable rate is 7.43¢/kWh, and the 100% renewable rate is 7.63¢/kWh.

Verde Energy is offering a variable rate currently priced at 8.99¢/kWh. New customers are also eligible for a $50 cash back bonus rebate. The variable product does not include a termination fee

Stream PPL Offers
Stream also posted its first offers in the PPL area: two 12-month fixed plans (one standard, one renewable), and two variable plans (one standard, one renewable). The fixed plans include an early termination fee of $150.

Current pricing is as follows:
12-Month Fixed:                            8.9¢/kWh
12-Month Fixed 100% Renewable: 9.1¢/kWh
Variable:                                       9.09¢/kWh
Variable 100% Renewable:             9.29¢/kWh
