Planet Energy Taking Steps for New York Market Entry Planet Energy (New York) Corp.
has filed an application for market-based rate authority with FERC. According to
the New York PSC, Planet Energy has also completed Phase I EDI testing. Aside from
its Canadian affiliates which market electricity and natural gas in several provinces,
Planet Energy (New York) Corp.'s affiliates include Planet Energy (Pennsylvania)
Corp. and Planet Energy (Maryland) Corp, the latter of which filed for a Maryland
supplier license earlier this week (11/23). Both subsidiaries are also seeking market-based
rate authority from FERC.

customers throughout Maine.
Lantern Properties Receives Texas Aggregation License The PUCT granted Lantern Properties,
Inc. an electric aggregator certificate.
Nu Energy Solutions Withdraws Ohio Broker Application Nu Energy Solutions filed to
withdraw its Ohio electric broker application.
