Clearview Electric Receives Delaware Electric License
The Delaware PSC granted Clearview Electric, Inc. an electric supplier license.  The Commission's order granting the license states that, "Staff reports that Clearview was able to resolve concerns regarding the provision of electric supply service to residential and small commercial customers on a monthly variable rate basis," but the order does not elaborate regarding such concerns over variable rate plans.

APN Starfirst Receives Delaware Electric License
The Delaware PSC granted APN Starfirst, LP an electric supplier license.

Good Energy Approved as N.H. Gas Aggregator
The New Hampshire PUC approved Good Energy, LP's registration as a natural gas aggregator to serve customers at National Grid and Unitil.

Green Power Management Solutions Seeks D.C. Broker Licenses
Green Power Management Solutions applied for both electric and natural gas broker licenses in the District of Columbia to serve all customer classes.  Green Power Management Solutions received electric and gas broker licenses in Maryland earlier this year.

CW Energy Solutions Seeks Illinois ABC License
CW Energy Solutions applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license.
