Constellation Energy Confirms Residential Entry for ComEd, Pennsylvania

Constellation Energy has confirmed its intentions to serve residential electric customers in Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth Edison market in Illinois.

As only noted in Matters, Constellation recently received expanded electric supplier licenses to serve residential customers in both areas (1/14 & 10/27).

At ComEd, Constellation told Matters that it plans to start residential service in late February or early March.

In Pennsylvania, Constellation expects to offer residential electric service before mid-year.

Constellation is still evaluating each market before developing specific products and terms.
