Allegheny Files Updated Maryland Generation Rates; BGE Files Rider 8

Baltimore Gas & Electric has updated bypassable Rider 8, Energy Cost Adjustment.  

The rider, which makes up a portion of the Price to Compare, is now set through May 2011.

Amounts of Rider 8 per rate class may be found here.

BGE has not yet filed, or posted online, new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning March 1, 2011, but the filing is expected shortly.

Separately, Allegheny Power has filed in Maryland new Type II rates for the period beginning March 1, 2011, as well as residential SOS rates for the period through May 31, 2012.
