Direct's electric offering is a 12-month fixed product priced at 10.99¢/kWh with no termination fee.

A discounted rate of 10.79¢/kWh is available for seniors and military personnel.

Direct's natural gas offering is a 12-month fixed product priced at 79.9¢/therm with no termination fee.

A discounted rate of 76.9¢/therm is available for seniors and military personnel.
