Interstate Gas Supply Pa. Electric Application Limited to PECO

Interstate Gas Supply's Pennsylvania electric supplier application has been posted by the PUC, in which IGS is seeking to serve all classes of customers at PECO. The application, first reported in Matters, was filed February 15 by not posted to a docket until March 2. As only noted in Matters, Interstate Gas Supply is expanding into electric marketing, with pending applications in Illinois and Maryland, after having acquired Accent Energy (see 2/24)

Arc Energy Seeks Ohio Gas Broker License

Start-up Arc Energy, Inc. applied for an Ohio gas broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Arc Energy recently received an Ohio electric broker license (12/31).

Commonwealth Energy Seeks Ohio Broker License

Start-up Commonwealth Energy applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.

StonePillar Energy Seeks Ohio Electric Broker License

StonePillar Energy LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. StonePillar Energy previously received an Ohio gas broker license (1/8/10).
