Cirro to Pay $18,000 to Resolve Findings from PUCT Staff Compliance Audit

Cirro Energy would pay $18,000 under a settlement with PUCT Staff to resolve Staff's allegations that Cirro was not in compliance with seven provisions of the Substantive Rules (39226).

Staff's allegations resulted from a compliance audit.

Among other things, Staff alleged Cirro was not in compliance with the following:

• P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.474(d)(5)(F) relating to required authorization disclosures for enrollment via the internet

• P.U.C. SUBST. R.25.474 (e)(5)(F) relating to required authorization disclosures for written enrollment

• P.U.C. SUBST. R.25.474 (d)(5)(G) relating to disclosures regarding the requirement to pay a deposit

Prior to settlement, Cirro corrected all of the alleged deficiencies.
