The Galt Company LLC applied to amend its Pennsylvania electric broker license to include service to residential customers in all service areas. "Small business owners are more apt to enter the competitive market and shop for electricity if they can switch both their business and personal residence," The Galt Company said.

White Columns Office Solutions of New England LLC applied for a Maine electric broker license. White Columns Office Solutions also registered as a New Hampshire natural gas aggregator; it already has a New Hampshire electric aggregator certificate.

Hospital Energy Services, LLC registered as a New Hampshire electric aggregator.
