Adagio Energy Seeks Illinois, N.J., N.Y. Electric Licenses

Adagio Energy LLC applied for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Commonwealth Edison, with a focus on residential and commercial customers. Adagio Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Plus Holdings, LLC. Adagio Energy said that it is also in the process of becoming licensed to serve customers as a retail electric supplier in the states of New York and New Jersey, but is not currently licensed as a retail electric supplier in any jurisdiction.

5Linx Enterprises Receives Mass. Broker License

5Linx Enterprises, Inc. has received a Massachusetts electric broker license to serve residential and commercial customers. 5Linx Enterprises, Inc. is a direct marketer expanding into energy brokering in several states (see 1/17).

Seven Utility Management Consultants, LLC has received a Massachusetts electric broker license to serve commercial customers.

Pope Energy Registers as N.H. Electric & Gas Aggregator

Pope Energy, a division of Pope Industries, Inc., registered as a New Hampshire electric and gas aggregator. Pope Industries and its subsidiaries provide energy conservation technologies and also operate as a general contractor and construction manager specializing in modular and panelized construction.
