Reliant Energy Seeks to Serve Residential Customers in Pennsylvania

Reliant Energy Northeast LLC has applied for an amendment to its electric generation supplier license to serve residential customers and commercial customers under 25 kW in all service areas. Reliant already has authority to serve larger customer classes in Pennsylvania.


ConocoPhillips Applies to Become Option 1 REP in Texas

ConocoPhillips Company has applied for an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to transition from an Option 2 REP to an Option 1 REP. Option 2 REPs may only serve customers in excess of 1 MW which sign an affidavit for such service. Option 1 REPs may serve all customer classes.


Priority Power Management Seeks Ohio Broker License

Priority Power Management, LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas. Priority Power Management said that it has over 1,300 MW of peak demand under management, representing approximately 1,200 clients. Priority Power Management also manages approximately 40 Bcf of physical and financial natural gas positions annually.
