Clean Currents Subsidiary Receives Maryland Supplier License

The Maryland PSC granted CCES, LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Baltimore Gas & Electric and Pepco. CCES is the load-serving subsidiary of Clean Currents. CCES, LLC received a District of Columbia electric supplier license in July 2010, but Clean Currents reported to the Maryland PSC that it has only actively started marketing to serve load in D.C., as opposed to brokering, in the past 1-2 months.

Planet Energy Seeks to Serve Customers at UGI Gas

Planet Energy has filed for an amendment to its Pennsylvania gas supplier license to include service to customers at UGI Utilities. Planet Energy's current license authorizes it to serve residential, small commercial, and large commercial customers at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania and PECO Energy Company.

Priority Power Management Seeks Illinois ABC License

Priority Power Management, LLC applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker and consultant license.

ArcelorMittal Seeks Pa. License to Self-Supply

ArcelorMittal USA LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to serve only its affiliated load at PECO, PPL, and West Penn Power.
