Rely Energy, THG Energy & Technology Solutions to Merge

Rely Energy, LLC and THG Energy & Technology Solutions, LLC, are combining, in a transaction which will provide scale and enhance their suite of energy management and procurement services. Terms were not disclosed. The new company will continue to operate under the existing names, Rely and THG, for the time being. THG will become a subsidiary of Rely, and Mike Brasovan will remain in the Fort Worth office as president of THG. Brasovan will also join the Rely board of managers.


Hess Small Business Services Named Preferred Supplier of Three Trade Groups

Hess Small Business Services has entered into exclusive partnerships with the New York State Automobile Dealers Association, New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association, and New York Association of Homes & Services for the Aging as each's preferred supplier of electricity and natural gas for member businesses and institutions in the New York City metro area. The endorsements are managed through an energy buying program developed with EnergyNext, Inc. of Saratoga Springs, New York.


Constellation to Supply Toyota Facilities

Constellation Energy has reached a comprehensive agreement with Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing, North America Inc. to provide integrated natural gas services and energy market analysis to Toyota facilities in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The services include natural gas supply, risk management, hedging and budget analysis, energy market monitoring, utility rate, invoice and pipeline transportation reporting, and monitoring relevant regulatory and legislative issues. Constellation Energy will now offer risk management services to 14 Toyota facilities and gas supply to nine Toyota sites in North America. The Toyota locations include: U.S. manufacturing facilities in Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, West Virginia, Texas and Mississippi; the Toyota Technical Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.; Toyota Manufacturing Canada, Inc, in Cambridge and Woodstock; and Toyota Manufacturing de Baja California, Mexico.
