Green Mountain Energy Launches Fully Renewable EV Charging Plan

Green Mountain Energy Company has launched a fully renewable electric vehicle charging plan through its participation in the NRG Energy eVgo program.

Green Mountain said that the product would allow customers to recharge their electric vehicles with 100% Texas wind.

Specific mechanics of the program, and interaction with the eVgo access charges (including the unlimited electric charging flat rate product) were not immediately available; Green Mountain will be holding a press conference later today with details.
