Proton Energy would pay a $10,000 administrative penalty but would keep its REP certificate under a settlement with PUCT Staff regarding Staff's petition to revoke Proton's REP certificate (38633).

Staff sought revocation after alleging that Proton failed to comply with several new requirements of Subst. R. 25.107 by the compliance deadline (9/6).

The parties stipulate that Proton is currently in compliance with all of the relevant provisions.

The settlement would resolve all issues raised by Staff in Docket 38633.
