The National Energy Marketers Association has announced speakers for its upcoming 14th Annual National Energy Restructuring Conference on April 26-27 in Washington, D.C.

Notable speakers include Maryland PSC Chairman Douglas Nazarian, Illinois Commerce Commission Chairman Doug Scott, and Pennsylvania PUC Vice Chairman John Coleman.
