Conservice Acquires Iluminar Energy

Conservice LLC has acquired Texas retail electric provider Iluminar Energy LLC, it disclosed in a filing to update Iluminar's REP certificate.

Conservice, LLC provides utility management and billing solutions to the multifamily, government, student housing, military, and single family markets.

Conservice operates a call center, performs payment processing, designs customized software, implements expense management solutions, provides legal services, and audits rates and tariffs.

Greg Cole, Chief Financial Officer of Conservice, will serve as President of Iluminar.

Iluminar also holds the trade names Alltex Power & Light and Premium Power & Light.
