Amerex Energy Services Acquires Energy Choice Solutions

Amerex Energy Services, the commercial and industrial energy consulting division of Amerex Brokers LLC, has acquired the operations of Energy Choice Solutions based in Philadelphia, Pa.

Steve Willett, former owner of Energy Choice Solutions, will continue to manage and expand its operations.

Amerex Energy Services will continue to operate and provide client services from its offices in Texas, as well as a new Philadelphia office.

The new regional office, led by Willett, will concentrate on Amerex's existing and potential clients in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the U.S.
