Residential migration at Commonwealth Edison stood at just over 21,000 customers as of May 31, 2011, according to a discovery response quoted by the Retail Energy Supply Association.

As excerpted in RESA's testimony, ComEd has reported that as of May 31, 2011, there were 21,276 residential customers taking service from a retail electric supplier. Of these migrated residential customers, 19,359 (91%) were taking service under Purchase of Receivables.

RESA also cited ComEd data as showing that as of May 31, 2011, there were 63,823 "eligible" (Watt Hour Delivery, Small Load Delivery, and Medium Load Delivery classes) non-residential customers taking service from a retail supplier, but only 1,738 (2.7%) of these migrated customers were taking service under POR.

RESA's testimony was filed in Docket 10-0138, regarding the rehearing of the POR discount rate.
