Illinois Posts April Electric Migration Stats

The Illinois Commerce Commission has posted updated electric migration stats for the month of April 2011.

As of April 30, 2011, ComEd reported that 6,025 residential customers were taking service from a competitive supplier, or 0.18% of accounts.

As only reported by Matters, a discovery response by ComEd indicates that residential migration as of May 31, 2011 was 21,276 customers (6/13).

Migration in the ComEd Under 100 kW and 100-400 kW commercial classes continues to see only marginal gains month to month.

Residential migration at each of the three Ameren Rate Zones is under 100 accounts as of the end of April.
