Weekly PPL Residential Migration Slows to 1,900

PPL Electric Utilities saw net growth of 1,870 new residential shoppers during the past week, according to the latest stats from the Pennsylvania PUC.

Matters has also compiled a comparison of the migration levels from the 6/22/11 Report versus the 6/15/11 Report, as well as comparing the rate of migration in each of the past two weeks.

At PPL, new residential migration during the most recent week (June 12 to June 18) was 1,870 on a net basis, versus 5,505 in the immediately prior week and 4,590 in the week before that.

The net weekly growth in residential migration at PECO was 3,203, similar to the week-ago growth of 3,252.

West Penn Power saw 3,368 new residential shoppers during the most recent week, up from growth 2,500 in each of the prior two weeks.

Duquesne Light saw 1,300 new residential shoppers over the past week.
