The District of Columbia PSC granted Green Mountain Energy Company an electric supplier license to serve commercial and industrial customers.

NextEra Energy Services Receives Ohio Gas License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted NextEra Energy Services Ohio, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas. The application was first reported in Matters (6/13)

YEP Energy Seeks to Serve All Customers in Pennsylvania

The application of EnerPenn USA d/b/a Y.E.P. & YEP Energy for a Pennsylvania electric generation supplier license has been posted on the PUC website. The filing was first reported in Matters but the application documents were not previously available (6/27). EnerPenn USA is seeking to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application also confirms EnerPenn USA is affiliated with retail suppliers Texpo Power and EnerCal USA.
