Constellation Energy Officially Launches Ameren Residential Offers
Constellation Energy officially announced its residential electric offers at Ameren this morning. The offers were first reported by Matters (see 7/25). Constellation said that the current pricing, which is the same as originally reported, reflects limited-time offers extending through Aug. 26, 2011. Constellation is using direct mail to promote the offers, supplemented by advertising to optimize consumer education and outreach.
Diversegy Elected to NEM Executive Committee
Diversegy LLC has been elected to the Executive Committee of the National Energy Marketers Association. Diversegy is a retail energy brokerage company and consultant focusing on large commercial and industrial customers. Alex Rodriguez, Senior Managing Partner, Business Development, the Americas; Steven Boss, Senior Managing Partner, Regulatory Affairs; and Sam Khavari Senior Managing Partner, Operations will represent Diversegy at NEM.
Court Denies PSEG Suit Regarding Dynegy's Restructuring
The Delaware Court of Chancery denied a suit by two PSEG subsidiaries which has sought to block Dynegy's proposed restructuring.
