Apollo Power & Light, LLC would pay $26,700 under a settlement with PUCT Staff to resolve allegations that Apollo was not in full compliance with 15 provisions of the Substantive Rules (39648).

The allegations resulted from a Staff compliance audit.

Specifically, Staff alleged that Apollo was not in full compliance with the following:

- SUBST. R. 25.474(h)(5)(B)(iii), relating to verification of authorization of telephonic enrollment. Staff alleged that Apollo failed to ask the customer for proper affirmation of enrollment

- SUBST. R. 25.475(c)(2)(D), relating to General contracting requirements. Staff alleged that Apollo's terms of service did not disclose the type of product using one of the designated terms

- SUBST. R. 25.475(c)(2)(G), relating to General contracting requirements. Staff alleged that Apollo's website did not contain a one year price history for its variable rate product.

Prior to settlement, Apollo corrected all of the alleged deficiencies.
