Champion Energy's pricing is now the lowest fixed offer on PlugIn Illinois, eclipsing the 6.59 cents offered by FirstEnergy Solutions.

First Choice Power Records Fifth Consecutive Quarter of Commercial Sales Growth

Aside from growing its quarterly commercial electric sales 32% versus the year-ago as reported last week (see 8/5), First Choice Power said that it has also completed its fifth consecutive quarter with commercial sales growth. First Choice Power attributed the streak to doubling the number of brokers signing deals with First Choice Power, and a significant increase in direct sales contracts with new and renewing customers. First Choice Power has doubled its commercial sales force in the past two years due to steady growth in its commercial business, and also launched a new broker portal that provides up-to-the-minute pricing information and an enhanced user interface.
