The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Energy Plus Natural Gas LP a natural gas supplier license to serve residential and small commercial customers in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (7/6).


Dome-Tech, Inc. Seeks Pa. Broker License

Dome-Tech, Inc. applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas. Dome-Tech is 100% owned by Carrier Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation.


Taylor Consulting and Contracting Receives Maine Broker License

The Maine PUC granted Taylor Consulting and Contracting, LLC an electric aggregator/broker license to serve all customer classes throughout Maine. The application was first reported by Matters (7/28).


Consumer Energy Solutions to Begin Brokering Residential Customers in Maine

Consumer Energy Solutions, Inc. informed the Maine PUC that it will begin brokering residential electric customers, as well as residential gas customers. In 2006, the PUC granted Consumer Energy Solutions, Inc. a broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes, but directed the company to notify the PUC 30 days prior to commencing service to residential customers.
