Independence Energy Now Offering Enrollments at ComEd

Independence Energy, the network marketing subsidiary of Energy Plus Holdings, LLC, has begun offering residential and commercial electricity at Commonwealth Edison.

Previously, Independence Energy had entered the New Jersey electric market at all four distribution companies.

At ComEd, Independence Energy is offering residential customers a monthly variable rate as follows:

20% Green: 7.690 cents per kWh

100% Green: 8.990 cents per kWh

As is standard for Independence Energy, the products include 5% cash back at the end of a 12-month period (based the total dollar amount of the supply charges for 12 months, excluding taxes).
