Dominion East Ohio saw a net growth of 1,095 residential accounts migrated from March 2011 to June 2011. Dominion East Ohio migrated accounts include those served under the Standard Choice Offer retail auction.

Vectren Energy Delivery recorded a net decline of 2,300 in migrated residential accounts, and Duke Energy Ohio saw residential migration slide by 166 accounts.

The percent of residential migration actually increased incrementally at both Vectren and Duke Energy Ohio over the same period, however, indicating that the decrease in migrated accounts likely reflects, to a greater extent, accounts that are no longer eligible for choice service (due to disconnection after the seasonal prohibition or because the customer has moved to a Percentage of Income Payment Plan), rather than accounts affirmatively electing sales service over choice service. Both territories saw a decline in residential accounts eligible for choice service from March to June.
