NA Power, LLC applied for an Option 1 Texas REP certificate. Although a legal affiliation was not clear, NA Power, LLC is essentially a unit of North American Power, with the same leadership, address, and website.

Source Power & Gas LLC applied for an Option 1 Texas REP certificate. The start-up is led by President John Werner, previously Manager, ERCOT Region at ConEdison Solutions and an attorney at Integrys Energy Services and Constellation NewEnergy.


Texas Solaro Energy Seeks REP Certificate

Texas Solaro Energy LLC applied for an Option 1 Texas REP certificate. An identically named entity, under the same leadership, previously applied for a REP certificate in 2009, but the application was dismissed without prejudice for failing to meet the then-new financial requirements as well as other deficiencies (6/26/09). Texas Solaro Energy principal Alonzo Williams II has unsuccessfully sought a REP certificate twice before with each application also dismissed without prejudice for deficient filings (5/21/09). Williams is president of wholesale power and gas marketer Solaro Energy Marketing. Texas Solaro Energy LLC sought to use the trade name Solaro Energy.
