New Clean Energy Options Supplier in Connecticut

The Connecticut utilities disclosed yesterday that the winning Connecticut Clean Energy Options suppliers for the new term beginning in 2012 are Community Energy and 3Degrees. Current CCEO suppliers are Community Energy and Sterling Planet. REC pricing from each supplier under the CCEO program through 2016 is available here.

Ontario Energy Board Accepts MxEnergy Assurance of Voluntary Compliance

The Ontario Energy Board accepted an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance from MxEnergy Canada Ltd. to resolve the Board's earlier intention to seek an order revoking MxEnergy's license for alleged failure to meet certain certification standards (8/26). MxEnergy agreed to pay a $50,000 fine under the Assurance of Voluntary Compliance, and take various remedial measures.
