BGE Updates Bypassable Rider 8

Baltimore Gas & Electric has filed updated rates under Rider 8 through January 2012, which is a component of the bypassable SOS price. Rider 8 amounts can be found here.

ResCom Energy Now Largest Connecticut Supplier

ResCom Energy is now Connecticut's largest electric supplier, in terms of customers served. As of the end of August, ResCom was serving 79,094 customers in Connecticut, surpassing for the first time Dominion Retail, which was serving 78,117 customers and had previously been the largest supplier in Connecticut. ResCom, which has expanded to New Jersey and Maryland with Pennsylvania service likely coming, relies on Positive Energy Electricity Supply as its exclusive marketing agent.
