A full report from Matters will follow tomorrow.

Briefly, PPL residential migration declined by 109 accounts from September 18 to September 24, to a total of 488,826 migrated residential customers.

The net loss of migrated residential customers at PPL in the immediately prior week had been just over 1,000 customers. The previously reported return of some 8,500 Dominion Retail customers to default service which began in August may be substantially completed.

All of the other major EDC territories recorded residential migration growth for the week, with PECO leading the way with 3,000 new residential shoppers.
