Major Energy Services to Drop Ohio Gas Customers to LDC

Major Energy Services, LLC has filed to abandon retail natural gas service to 70 customers at Dominion East Ohio.
The customers represent Major's entire retail natural gas customer book in Ohio.
Specifically, a filing from Major Energy Services indicates that it seeks, "to abandon operations with existing customers," with the customers being switched back to the LDC.
Customers are to be switched to Dominion East Ohio in the November billing cycle, with Major's Ohio retail gas operations ceasing in January 2012.
A letter from Major Energy Services to affected customers informs them of the Ohio cessation of operations, and informs them of Dominion East Ohio's choice website if the customer wishes to switch to another supplier before the drop to the LDC.
