Verde Energy USA Illinois, LLC applied for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Verde Energy said in its application that it has a supply and credit agreement with Shell Energy North America.

Great Lakes Energy of Broadview Heights, Ohio applied for an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas and residential customers at Ohio Edison, Ohio Power, and Dayton Power & Light. The company is distinct from, and not affiliated with, Great Lakes Energy LLC of Dallas, Texas.

Commonwealth Energy, Ltd. applied for an Ohio natural gas broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.

TES Energy Services Seeks to Serve Small Volume Pa. Customers

TES Energy Services, LP sought an amendment to its Pennsylvania electric broker license in order to "directly" serve residential and small commercial customers in all service areas. TES Energy Services, LP may currently serve large commercial, industrial and governmental customers.
