Cirro Energy Acquires Assets of Kinetic Energy

Cirro Energy has acquired the assets of Texas retail electric provider Kinetic Energy.
Terms were not disclosed.
Kinetic Energy had 20,000 residential and commercial customers, and will bring Cirro Energy's customer count close to 150,000 in ERCOT.
Kinetic Energy was represented by AEG Affiliated Energy Group.

The similarity in Kinetic Energy standards makes the integration very beneficial for customers, as they can continue to enjoy low prices, excellent customer service and, now, Fortune 200 provider stability," said Mike Rose, Managing Director of Cirro Energy.
Cirro Energy is owned by Dominion Retail.
