HIKO Energy to Seek Licenses in Three States
HIKO Energy, LLC has applied for a Maryland natural gas supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers at Baltimore Gas & Electric and Washington Gas Light. HIKO Energy also indicated that it is seeking supplier licenses in Pennsylvania and Illinois. In its recently filed electric supplier application in Maryland, first reported by Matters (1/19), HIKO Energy is seeking to serve residential and commercial customers at BGE and Pepco.
Starion Energy Seeking License in New State
Starion Energy PA Inc. has applied for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available.
Ohio Energy Program Receives New License
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted start-up Ohio Energy Program LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application had been first reported in Matters 1/3)
EnerNOC Receives Broker License
The Maryland PSC granted EnerNOC an electric broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers in all service areas.
