The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Smart Energy, LLC an amended alternative retail electric supplier license to serve commercial customers under 15,000 kWh and residential customers at ComEd and Ameren. The application for the amendment was first reported in Matters. Smart Energy was previously granted a license to serve larger customers.

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Sentry Energy Management Services, Inc. a license as an electric agent, broker, and consultant.
Utilities Analyses, Inc. Seeks New License
Utilities Analyses, Inc. has registered as a New Hampshire electric aggregator to serve customers in all service areas. Utilities Analyses, Inc. said that it has, or is in the process of, applying for broker licenses in Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, and Rhode Island.
