New York Updates Electric Migration Statistics
The New York PSC has posted electric migration statistics as of September 2011 (click here). Given the age of the data, matters will not provide a comparison to the August 2011 stats, which had been the most recent stats publicly available.
FERC Seeks Comments on PJM-MISO Capacity Deliverability
FERC has issued a series of questions for comment, in Docket AD12-16, concerning whether current market rules and operating protocols concerning transfer capability act as barriers to the delivery of generation capacity between the markets administered by MISO and PJM.
