AP Gas & Electric (OH), LLC d/b/a APG&E applied for an Ohio electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The company is a subsidiary of AP Holdings, LLC, whose retail electric businesses serve over 40,000 electric accounts in over 20 utilities spanning five states.
MidAmerican Energy Company Receives License to Serve Residential Customers
The Pennsylvania PUC this morning granted MidAmerican Energy Company an amendment to its electric supplier license to include service to residential customers in all service areas. The application for the amendment was first reported by Matters. MidAmerican Energy Company had previously been authorized to serve all other customer classes.
FTR Energy Services Seeks Supplier License in New State
FTR Energy Services, LLC has applied for an Illinois alternative natural gas supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available. FTR Energy Services, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regional Energy Holdings, Inc. and was formerly known as Viridian Energy NG, LLC.

Smart One Energy, LLC applied for a Michigan alternative natural gas supplier license. Smart One Energy, LLC is currently active at National Grid-NY, National Gird-LI, Consolidated Edison, and Washington Gas Light-Maryland.
