Bounce Energy has launched a new suite of products focused on serving multi-dwelling unit, or MDU, properties.

In particular, Bounce said that it has developed a suite of technological tools crafted with multi-family properties in mind. The online account management system acts as a gateway for MDUs to access an online reporting portal, marketing materials, combined or separate billing options, email alerts, free credit card payments, smart phone payment options, and customizable referral programs aimed to incentivize residents, staff, or both.

Bounce Energy also emphasized its dedicated support for MDUs, in which a Bounce multi-family specialist is assigned to potential MDU customers to help them navigate the contract and negotiation process. Among the topics discussed in developing the right plan are historical usage data, the property's average occupancy and whether or not the customer wishes to participate in referral programs. Once an agreement between Bounce and the MDU customer is reached and a contract is signed, a Bounce account manager will continue to support that customer for the account's entire duration.

Other customizable options available for MDUs from Bounce include using a Continuous Service Agreement (CSA) if desired by the MDU, combined or separate billing, and fixed or variable energy rates.
