Consumer Sales Solutions, LLC Acquires Majority of New York ESCO Holding Company

Consumer Sales Solutions, LLC has acquired a majority stake in AP&G Holdings LLC.
AP&G Holdings LLC was originally established with the sole purpose of being a holding company for different retail suppliers located in various states. Currently, AP&G owns American Power & Gas LLC, which is a retail supplier in the New York State electric and natural gas choice programs.
In an August 9 application for FERC market-based rate authority, AP&G Holdings LLC said that the following individuals own all of the voting securities of AP&G Holdings LLC: Tom Cummins, James Bridgeforth, Robert Macchione, Warren Mayer, and Gary Cardone
In an August 28 filing with FERC, AP&G Holdings LLC reported that its ownership had changed since its initial filing, and now consists of: Consumer Sales Solutions, LLC 68%, Cummins 9.4%, Bridgeforth 5%, Macchione 5%, Meyer 7.6% and Cardone at 5%.
Consumer Sales Solutions is owned by Cummins, 80%, Macchione, 10%, and Bridgeforth, 10%
