New Retail Electric Provider Offering Residential Service in Texas ENCOA has begun offering residential electric service in Texas, at Oncor and CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric.
At Oncor, ENCOA is offering a 12-month fixed rate at 9.5¢/kWh (average all-in rate at 1,000 kWh/month). The product reflects a 5.70¢/kWh energy rate plus TDU charges; a $14.99 per month charge applies for usage under 1,000 kWh. The product includes an early termination fee of $150.
At Oncor, ENCOA also offers a 12-month fixed rate with no early termination fee. This product is priced at 10.3¢/kWh (average all-in rate at 1,000 kWh/month). The product reflects a 6.50¢/kWh energy rate plus TDU charges; a $14.99 per month charge applies for usage under 1,000 kWh.
At CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, ENCOA is offering a 12-month fixed rate at 9.9¢/kWh (average all-in rate at 1,000 kWh/month). The product reflects a 5.41¢/kWh energy rate plus TDU charges; a $14.99 per month charge applies for usage under 1,000 kWh. The product includes an early termination fee of $150.
At CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, ENCOA also offers a 12-month fixed rate with no early termination fee. This product is priced at 10.9¢/kWh (average all-in rate at 1,000 kWh/month). The product reflects a 6.41¢/kWh energy rate plus TDU charges; a $14.99 per month charge applies for usage under 1,000 kWh.
