First Point Power, LLC applied for a New Hampshire retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at PSNH, Granite State Electric, and Unitil. First Point Power is currently active in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Delaware.

HIKO Energy Receives Authority to Serve New Territories

The Pennsylvania PUC granted HIKO Energy, LLC an expanded natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, National Fuel Gas of Pennsylvania Inc., Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC, Philadelphia Gas Works, UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas and Valley Energy. HIKO Energy had previously received authority to serve such customers at PECO Energy Company and UGI Utilities, Inc.

Energy Source LLC Seeks License in New State

Energy Source LLC applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license. A start-up active in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, Energy Source LLC also indicated that it would be seeking a Maryland broker license in the future.

Rosenthal Energy Advisors Seeks New License

Rosenthal Energy Advisors, Inc. applied for a Pennsylvania natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
