Clearview Electric Submits Notice to Offer Prepaid Product in Texas Clearview Electric, Inc. has filed a notice of intent with the Public Utility Commission of Texas of its intent to provide prepaid service using a customer prepayment device or system.
Specifically, Clearview said that its customer prepayment device or system will be a device or system that accesses customer consumption information from a TDU's advanced metering system.
