Private Equity Firm Among Principals of Start-Up Texas Retail Provider A start-up retail supplier, Pro Power Providers, LLC, has applied for an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate.
According to Texas Secretary of State records, the manager of Pro Power Providers, LLC is RKB Capital, L.P., a private equity firm.
Principals and officers of Pro Power Providers, LLC include:
• Peter Schleider, Executive Chairman of the Board
• Charles McArthur, CEO
• Robert Schleider, VP of Operations, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer
Pro Power Providers, LLC said that it would be using Glenwood Energy for risk management and listed "The Glenwood Team (equity participants in Pro Power Providers)."
Glenwood was said in the application to have been an investor in broker GSE Consulting, LP, as well as in a wholesale power marketer.
