Start-Up Texas REP Adds Veterans from True Electric to Management Bose Energy, LLC has re-applied for certification as an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider, having added several veterans from the Texas electric market to its management
Bose Energy had previously applied for a REP certificate earlier this year, but withdrew the application without prejudice after PUCT Staff found, among other things, that the listed management did not meet the requirements for prior experience in the competitive electric industry or competitive gas industry that equals or exceeds 15 years.
In its new application, Bose Energy lists its CEO as Jose Arredondo III. Arredondo was formerly COO for True Electric LLC, and was previously Southern U.S. Retail Sales Director at Entergy Solutions, Ltd.
Rico de los Reyes is listed as COO of Bose Energy. de los Reyes has held various sales positions with U. S. Energy Savings Corp./Just Energy and TXU, and has served as VP of Operations and Sales & Marketing at broker RPL Enterprises, LLC.
Jeread Anzaldua is listed as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bose Energy. Anzaldua was previously Director of Sales for True Electric LLC, and has held sales positions at Gateway Power Services and Just Energy/U. S. Energy Savings Corp.
