Texas Assigns Dockets for Rulemakings on REP Certification, Utility Affiliate Rules, Other Issues The Public Utility Commission of Texas has assigned project numbers for several new rulemakings, including a review of the REP certification rules.
The PUCT assigned Project 41615 for a Rulemaking to Revise PUC SUBST. R. §25.107, Certification Of Retail Electric Providers. Commissioners had indicated an intent to revisit certain aspects of the certification rules at a recent open meeting (see prior story)
The PUCT assigned Project 41616 for a Rulemaking to Revise PUC SUBST. R. §25.272, Code Of Conduct for Electric Utilities and Their Affiliates. Commissioners had previously said that they would open such a rulemaking (see prior story)
Additionally, Project 41614 was assigned for a Rulemaking to Amend P.U.C. Subst. R. §25.141 to Provide for Notice of Utility Disconnection of Non-Submetered Master Metered Multifamily Properties.
