Briefly Online Shopping Portal CurrentChoice.com Expands to Texas
CurrentChoice.com, which operates an online energy shopping and comparison website, announced that it has launched service in Texas. CurrentChoice said that in Texas it offers a Bill-to-Bill Comparison Tool that instantly retrieves household energy usage from Smart Meter Texas and shows personalized savings comparisons of all electricity provider plans offered, including showing how often any minimum usage fee would apply based on usage history. CurrentChoice is also running a sweepstakes under which CurrentChoice will pay the winner's July and August electric bills
Brett Perlman Joins Board of Retail Supplier
Just Energy Group Inc. announced that Brett Perlman was elected to the board of Just Energy. Perlman was formerly a Public Utility Commissioner of Texas and is President of Vector Advisors, a management consulting firm.
